# Privacy policy

Contractag.dev (“Contractag”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you try the demo.

## What We Collect

* **Uploaded PDFs** (temporarily stored for processing).
* **API request logs** (time, IP, user agent, endpoint).

## How We Use Data

* Provide the demo and API.
* Monitor and improve service performance.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues.

We do **not** sell your data.

## Retention

* PDFs are deleted within **30 days** (or sooner on request).
* Logs are kept for up to **90 days**.

## Security

At this stage of the demo, **data is not encrypted at rest**. Please do not upload sensitive or production data.
